AZUVER Pte Ltd owns and operates the SgVirtualOffice.com website (the “Site”) which provides the following but not limited to, services such as Registered Business Address, Co-Working Spaces, Consultancy, Company Incorporation, Company Secretarial, Accounting, Payroll, Taxation, Web & Email Hosting, Creative Designs services, IT services, Telemarketing, Social Media Marketing (the “Services”). By using this Site and our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions of Use”) without any reservations, modifications, additions, or deletions. Please do not use this Site if you do NOT agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

AZUVER Pte Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice. It is advisable for you to visit this page periodically.

This Site features logos, brand identities and other trademarks and service marks (collectively, the “Trademarks”) that are the property of, or are licensed to AZUVER Pte Ltd. Your use of this Site is subject to SgVirtualOffice.com privacy policy which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions of Use. It is important that you read and understand the terms of the privacy policy.

SERVICES

Business Address in Singapore

Address: 192 Waterloo Street, #04-03, Skyline Building, Singapore 187966

Operating Hours: 10am to 6pm (Close on Weekend and Public Holiday)

  • The address can be used as registered address for Singapore companies / businesses registered with ACRA
  • Business Address sign up is for ONE Singapore business / company entity ONLY (non-transferable)

We do not accept and shall reserve the rights to terminate our Services to any

  • company registered with ARCA that primarily operates as travel agencies, tour operators and reservation service activities
  • businesses / companies not registered in Singapore
  • registration for personal use
  • company that we have grounds to suspect immoral, unethical, illegal business practice
  • company that has given SgVirtualOffice.com false, inaccurate or incomplete information

We may need you to send us supporting documents after sign up and we reserved the rights to reject your purchase. Should there is any rejection of your purchase, SgVirtualOffice.com will refund you within 14 working days provided you have submitted the ARCA Bizfile to us.

Mails and Parcels

SgVirtualOffice.com offers self-collection and mail forwarding services and we will notify you of any mails via email within 1 working day to your registered email address.

We will not be held responsible all any mails disposed or returned if you are not our existing client or you did not make renewal payment before the expiry of the service.

We do not receive any parcel on behalf of our customers. And if we do receive any parcels, there will be an administrative charge of $10 per parcel. We will not be held responsible for any lost/defect to your parcel(s) as we have indicated that we do not receive parcel(s). Also, we will not accept on your behalf any No Registered Mails and Parcels, whether registered or not, that requires company stamp by the courier company.

Self-Collection of Mail

You can self-collect the mail or choose to forward the mail to your registered address (See Mail Forwarding section). For self-collection, please reply to our email to indicate your intention and time to collect the mails.

Self-collection of mail is only from Monday to Friday (2pm-5pm) except weekends & public holidays. All mails must be collected within 1 month from our email notification date

Mail Forwarding

If you have purchased the mail forwarding service, SgVirtualOffice.com will forward any received mails to your registered address within 3 working days. Credits is required for the postage and you can purchase more credits on SgVirtualOffice.com

Weekly Local Mail Forwarding within Singapore – by SingPost normal mail

  • Credits purchase can be used for purchasing of envelope and postage stamp.
  • Mail Forwarding to local correspondence address at S$0.80 / letter (13cm x 24cm)
  1. if you have 2 letters (13cm x 24cm), we will deduct S$1.60
  2. if you have letter bigger than size (13cm x 24cm), we will deduct S$1.60 or more

Weekly/Monthly Mail Forwarding to Overseas – by UPS

  • Customers will be required to place Mail Forwarding Credits: S$100
  • S$5 Service Fee + Actual Courier Fees to send mail to Overseas Address by courier

** Credits are not refundable
** Credits can be carried forward to another subscription year or other purchase in our online store

Hot Desk and Meeting Room Membership

In order to book for our facilities, you have to join and register as our member. The good news is that the membership is free for a limited promotional period. Thereafter, there will be an annual fee of $60 in order to use our facilities. Annual fee will be waived for all our basic Business Address users and also those with other virtual office addons / packages.

TERMINATION AND EXPIRY

SgVirtualOffice.com will send out renewal email notification to our customers to renew their package(s) at least 1 month before the expiry date. An administrative charge of $30 will be imposed for any late renewal.

 

If you wish to stop using our services, kindly inform us by official email or letter before your expiry date and remove our business address from ACRA and duly inform all your suppliers, customers and associates of the change in your business address

 

If you are still using our address, you will have to pay full package price after 2 weeks of grace period for expired package. SgVirtualOffice.com reserved our rights to invoice any outstanding payment should we find our address is still used after 2 weeks of the grace period of your termination of our service.

 

SgVirtualOffice.com reserves the right to immediately terminate all services provided should we have grounds to suspect immoral, unethical, illegal business practice or the information given to SgVirtualOffice.com are false, inaccurate or incomplete.

DISCLAIMERS

SgVirtualOffice.com is provided to you on an “as is” basis. AZUVER Pte Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. AZUVER Pte Ltd disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of or any way related to (a) any errors in or omissions from this Site and the content, including but not limited to technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, (b) any third party websites or content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links in this Site, including but not limited to any errors in or omissions therefrom, (c) the unavailability of the Site or any portion thereof, (d) your use of this Site or (e) your use of any equipment or software in connection with the Site.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

In no event shall AZUVER Pte Ltd be liable to you for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business information, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction.

INDEMNITY

By using this Site, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold AZUVER Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors harmless with respect to any suits or claims arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms and Condition of Use, including, but not limited to, any infringement by you of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party; or (ii) your use or misuse of the site.

This Site may link to other sites owned and operated by third parties. AZUVER Pte Ltd has no control over these linked sites, and is neither responsible for the contents of any linked sites nor make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. Viewing and using such 3rd party sites is entirely at your own risk.

SUBMISSION OR OTHER INFORMATION

If you submit to us or post on the Site any testimonial, comment, review, suggestion or any work of authorship (collectively a “Submissions”), such Submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and shall immediately become the property of AZUVER Pte Ltd. We shall exclusively now and hereinafter own all rights, title and interest therein. AZUVER Pte Ltd will be free to use any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever.

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

SgVirtualOffice.com provides a secure online sign-up system for our services. Payments are made through our 3rd party payment gateway provider PayPal. Your credit card information is not collected or stored on SgVirtualOffice.com

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Condition of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for any action arising from these Terms and Condition of Use. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the above Terms and Condition of Use carefully.
